Newborn photography and photography of young children and babies can either take place in Sophie's studio setting or at your own home.
With a pure, bright shooting and editing style the images will focus solely on your baby with minimal props and fuss, just beautiful baby portraits for you to forever treasure this special time in your lives.
Included in newborn and baby photography up to 1 year is use of the studio wardrobe and props, Sophie has an array of gorgeous baby outfits for you to choose from and a selection of little hats, hair ties, wraps and beautiful bespoke wooden props. You are also welcome to bring your own outfits if you wish.
Newborn photography is best within the first 3 weeks of baby's arrival for those sleepy, dreamy images so please ensure you book in advance for your session. It is recommended to secure your booking during pregnancy.

BABY + CHILDREN PHOTOGRAPHY

Enjoy a relaxed photography session in the studio for your little one.
Studio outfits are available to choose from on the day of your session for babies aged between 4-12 months. You are also more than welcome to bring your own outfit changes if you wish. Baby and children sessions last around one hour, there is always time for feeding and comforting your little one and every session is taken at the pace of your child.
These sessions are also available for siblings and parent images for those who would like family photography alongside images of baby.

UPGRADE TO CAKE SMASH / BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS
There is the option to upgrade your Baby Photography Session to a Cake Smash photoshoot or Birthday photoshoot.
A Cake Smash session always starts as a normal portrait session (mess-free!) We then have an outfit change for Baby, bring out the cake and included balloons and let them have some fun!
For those who may not want a Cake Smash but would still like to mark the Birthday occasion there is the option for a minimalistic Birthday set up to be added into your Baby Photography Session. This includes helium balloons in a colour of your choice and use of beautiful wooden light up letters that spell out 'ONE' or 'TWO'
